Mike Gordon Fans Flames of Phish Reunion
Mike Gordon has added more fuel to the fire that is the Phish reunion rumor mill. Our own Evan Levy sat down with Gordo after his set at last weekend's Mile High Music Festival, and Mike made it clear we can expect to see the boys back together "pretty soon."
Here's an excerpt from the interview:
"...We've started to talk as a foursome... as doing some more stuff again... rekindling the Phish thing. There's a lot of talk about that, and there's no specific plan so I don't have anything more to say about it, but I think there's a good chance of it - pretty soon..."
"And I think there will be plenty of time in our schedules to do other stuff - and for me that'll be this band, and maybe some more movies..."
Though there's "no specific plan," if Gordo's already talking about leaving room in the schedule for his solo efforts, I take this to mean mean 'something specific is being planned'. You won't find anyone here complaining.

disco your the fuckin man. seeing as its quite obvious that you have not idea what your talking about we'll all just disregard what you said. i can't fucking wait for them to come back, they've all been doing their own things recently and have, in my opinion, really been able to hone in on various types of music which will only allow them to incorporate even more outrageous riffs (if its even possible). i'll be at as many shows as possible and all i gotta say is i got all the time in the world to wait until you guys are ready to come back

hate all you want, that's just less competition for seats when Phish goes back on tour. i always think it's funny when disco biscuit fans hate on phish - where do they think bisco came from? there would be no bisco without phish. and hello - phish is brownstein's favorite band, he said so at the jammy's where he played a 30 minute tribute to them.
so hate all you want bisco fans - more phish for me.
