A.M. Nuggets: Allman Brothers Will Be Road Warriors All Summer

You'd think they'd be tired after this year's mammoth Beacon Theatre run, but the Allman Brothers Band will not be resting for long. Yesterday they announced two strings of Spring and Summer tour dates with support from Widespread Panic and the Doobie Brothers.

The first batch of shows kicks off in May and takes the Allmans right up to their headlining gig at Mountain Jam (wanna go for free? click here). After that they're back for late-summer shows from New Jersey to Texas.

One notable date is the 5/16 show at The Gorge in Washington State, a co-headlining show with The Dead and Doobie Brothers. Click through for the full list.
